It is very unlikely for a guest or visitor to return from Dubai on a low note because the emirate just can’t compromise on its habit of making everyone happy. With a vast array of wonderful hospitality and recreational offerings, the emirate of Dubai craves for more development of a similar kind to entice tourists to travel to Dubai over and over again. As a way of attracting a niche market of global nomads, Emaar Properties has opened a brand-new hospitality venue that is cosmopolitan in outlook, boasts of latest technological installments, and offers a unique taste of social and cultural experience not available anywhere else in the United Arab Emirates.

Emaar’s Rove Downtown Dubai gives a befitting tribute to the cultural heritage of the port city. The Rove Hotels is a joint venture undertaken by Emaar and Meraas, a Dubai-based holding company.

The Rove Downtown Dubai, comprising 420 rooms, is a practical example of the kind of variety that the hotel brand has introduced into the hospitality sector of the emirate. This project is the first among ten planned hotels to be opened in the city by 2020. Of these, seven have already been announced by the developer.

The allure of Rove Downtown Dubai is its close proximity to Dubai Airport and its location next to Downtown Dubai. Other than this, the hotel company markets itself as an embodiment of Dubai’s unique global spirit that provides special privileges that are absent from other hotels.

Emaar Hospitality Group Corporate Director Chris Newman said, “Rove Downtown Dubai marks the beginning of a new journey for us, inspired by the city of Dubai, past, present and future. It delivers up-to-date convenience packaged in a thoughtfully developed hotel concept that complements Dubai’s booming tourism sector, which welcomes visitors from across the globe.”

He further said Rove Downtown Dubai was distinctive in a way that set it apart from other midscale hotels in terms of affordability, design excellence, location and provision of smooth services.

Talking about the hotel’s role for attracting tourists, Newman said, “Rove Hotels is a concept whose time has truly arrived in Dubai. With the profile and aspirations of the modern traveler changing, it is important that we deliver them the right value experiences while contributing to supporting the Dubai Tourism Vision 2020 to welcome 20 million annual visitors by the turn of the decade.”

The Rove Hotels projects are powered by the concept of integrating technology into architecture to deliver a highly efficient living experience to guests. The project developers also pride themselves for remaining true to the values of modern globe trotters who are now more aware of the importance of quality living at affordable prices.

Other prominent features of the hotel include the use of exceptional design, integrating certain aspects of urban lifestyle and providing the kind of facilities to guests to give them good memories lasting a lifetime.
