Damac Properties has launched a 60-storey residential tower in the Aykon City project on Shaikh Zayed Road. The developer has also released two-bedroom apartments with prices starting at Dh1.69 million.
The units were officially launched during a sales event last week at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai and Jumeirah Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.
“The launch of residential units within this iconic development is a much-anticipated event with our in vestors and the community having expressed interest to purchase units when the project was first launched,” said Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director of Damac. “[The project] is strategically located in what will be one of the most prime locations in Dubai that is served through the extensive transportation network, including accessibility by car, metro or water taxi.”
Damac earlier launched hotel apartments in the development, which overlooks the Dubai Canal.
“Aykon City will be a distinctive luxury development with unique features that will attract residents and tourists alike,” said El Chaar. “Taking centre stage at the development will be the first-of-its-kind Aykon Dare, that will become the next exciting attraction for thrill-seekers in Dubai, with breathtaking views from 935 feet above Shaikh Zayed Road, Safa Park and the Dubai Canal.
“In addition, Aykon Plaza will be an elevated platform that will link the development and provide the community with beautiful areas to relax and unwind and includes restaurants and cafés.”
